His research focuses on numerical analysis of wave propagation (acoustics, electromagnetics), finite/discontinuous Galerkin methods, domain decomposition, boundary element methods, and deep learning for data science. He earned his PhD in Engineering Sciences (1992) from Pierre et Marie Curie University, France and his HDR (2005) from ENIT. He led the LAMSIN laboratory (2007–2016) and served as Editor-in-Chief of ARIMA Journal (2016–present).
